CARE GUIDE

How to keep Smilax Melastomifolia.

Pruning

Hawai'i greenbrier features thorny vines and glossy leaves, and it requires regular pruning to manage its growth and maintain good air circulation. For optimal results, prune in early spring by removing dead stems and thinning out crowded areas to enhance the plant's health. Be sure to use clean, sharp tools to prevent the spread of disease.
