How to keep Gymnocalycium Mostii.

Humidity

This plant will thrive in moderate humidity, which is probably the level in your home. However, misting it a few times a week can be very beneficial. Make sure the room has good ventilation.

Temperature

The upper ruby ball scion is hardy in USDA plant hardiness zones 11 through 12. Some of the rootstock species, such as night-blooming cereus or blue myrtle, can withstand zones as low as 8 or 9. In winter, the recommended temperature range is between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
