Stoebe plumosa, synonym Seriphium plumosum, is a species of flowering plant belonging to the family Asteraceae. It was first described by Carl Linnaeus, and given the correct name by Carl Peter Thunberg. The species is prevalent throughout most of South Africa.
How to keep Seriphium Plumosum.
Light
Native to bright, sunlit habitats, Slangbos is a tropical woody plant that thrives in full sun but can also tolerate partial sun. It commonly grows in open, well-lit areas with little shade.
Temperature
Slangbos is native to habitats where temperatures range from 68 to 100 °F (20 to 38 ℃). This temperate breed favors warmer conditions. Seasonal adjustments may be required to maintain optimal temperatures.
Fertilizer
Fertilization is essential for Slangbos care. Regular feeding during the growing season supplies the energy needed for its showy leaves and supports overall growth. If fertilization is neglected, leaves can become unhealthy, the plant’s ornamental appeal may decline, and growth can be stunted or weak and prone to breaking.
