CARE GUIDE

How to keep Schippia Concolor.

Pruning

Native to Central America, Schippia concolor is a slender, single-stemmed palm with fan-shaped leaves. To maintain its health, prune the plant in early spring by removing dead or damaged fronds and suckers, which will help improve air circulation. Be careful not to over-prune, as keeping the mature fronds is crucial for photosynthesis.
