Sweginzow's rose is known for its vigorous growth, but it needs timely pruning to prevent diseases and pests, especially in unfavorable conditions. After the blooming period, remove the faded flowers and thin out the branches. If you are growing rose vines, keep the main branches at a length of 2 to 3 meters. For bush-type roses, prune them to one-third of their height, ensuring you leave behind 4 to 6 of the stronger branches.
