How to keep Rosa Farreri.
Water
Rosa farreri grows best in moist, well-drained soil. Water the plant when the soil surface feels slightly dry, being careful to avoid overwatering and splashing water on the leaves. During drought conditions, water the plant every 2 to 3 days, and increase to twice daily during periods of extreme heat. In winter, reduce the frequency of watering and make sure that no standing water collects under potted plants.
Pruning
Rosa farreri is a robust grower, but it needs timely pruning to avoid diseases and pests, especially in challenging conditions. After it blooms, remove the faded flowers and thin out the branches. For vine types, keep them at a length of 2-3 meters. For bush varieties, trim them to one-third of their height, leaving 4-6 strong branches to achieve the desired shape.
