Psilurus is a genus of Eurasian and North African plants in the grass family. SpeciesThe only known species is Psilurus incurvus, native to the Mediterranean and southwest Asia from Portugal and Morocco to Pakistan and Uzbekistan. It is also naturalised in parts of Australia.
Bristle-tail grass has strong disease resistance and typically does not suffer from many illnesses. Regarding care, this plant is fairly low-maintenance. Planted outdoors, it needs little watering, and larger specimens usually do not require pruning. Smaller specimens, however, should be pruned after they have finished blooming. Bristle-tail grass is appropriate for anyone with an outdoor area, like a garden or a deck, and does not demand extensive gardening experience.
How to keep Psilurus Incurvus.
Fertilizer
Bristle-tail grass needs extra nutrients to encourage healthy new growth. In spring, putting compost around the plant's base can effectively supply the nutrition it requires. Fertilizing supports vigorous growth and helps the plant resist diseases and pests.
