A note from PlantMom

Andean Firebush is well resistant to disease and typically does not tend to get sick. With respect to care, this plant is fairly low-maintenance. Planted outdoors it needs only light watering, and larger specimens usually do not require pruning. Smaller plants, however, should be trimmed after they have finished flowering. Andean Firebusht is suitable for anyone with an outdoor area, such as a garden or deck, and does not need much prior plant-care experience.
