Olearia lacunosa, commonly known as the lancewood tree daisy, is a lowland to sub-alpine shrub or small tree, native to New Zealand. It grows from the lower North Island, southwards along mainly the west coast of the South Island.
The daisy bush is resistant to disease and is generally not susceptible to illnesses. In terms of care, this plant is fairly low-maintenance. When grown outdoors it needs little watering, and larger plants typically do not require pruning. Smaller plants, however, should be pruned after they finish blooming.
