Kennedia coccinea, commonly known as coral vine, is a species of flowering plant in the family Fabaceae and is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It is a twining, climbing or prostrate shrub with trifoliate leaves and orange-pink, red and pink, pea-like flowers.

CARE GUIDE

How to keep Kennedia Coccinea.

Pruning

To promote new growth and maintain its shape, prune coral vine in early spring after it has finished flowering. Be sure to promptly remove any dead or diseased wood to encourage healthier blooms and control its size. In the initial years, formative pruning helps establish a strong structure. Regular maintenance thereafter supports continuous flowering and robust growth.
