How to keep Dendrobium Loddigesii.
Water
Loddiges' dendrobium thrives in humid tropical rainforests, where it requires a balanced amount of moisture. It needs to be watered every 1-2 weeks. As an evergreen plant, it retains its leaves throughout the year, which means it needs a consistent water supply even during the colder months to stay healthy.
Pruning
Loddiges' dendrobium is an epiphytic orchid that benefits from regular pruning between early and late spring. To promote healthy growth and vibrant blooms, remove any dead or damaged canes and thin out older ones to improve air circulation. Proper pruning enhances the plant’s vigor and overall appearance.
