A note from PlantMom

Wood-sedge is resistant to disease and usually not susceptible to illnesses. As for upkeep, this plant is fairly easy to care for. When grown outdoors, it needs only light watering, and larger specimens typically do not require pruning. Smaller specimens, however, should be pruned after they finish blooming. Wood-sedget is well suited for anyone with outdoor space, such as a garden or deck, and does not call for extensive plant-care experience.
