A note from PlantMom

Bunium alpinum is fairly resistant to disease and typically does not suffer from many ailments. As for care, this species is relatively low-maintenance. When grown outdoors it needs only light watering, and larger specimens usually do not require pruning. Smaller plants, however, should be trimmed after they finish flowering. Bunium alpinum is appropriate for anyone with an outdoor area, such as a garden or deck, and does not demand extensive care experience.
