ON THIS PLANT
A note from PlantMom
Pulsatilla rubra subsp. rubra has strong resistance to diseases and is usually not susceptible to them. In terms of care, this plant is fairly low maintenance. When grown outdoors it needs little watering, and larger plants typically do not require pruning. Smaller plants, however, should be pruned after they finish blooming. Pulsatilla rubra subsp. rubrat is appropriate for anyone with an outdoor area, such as a garden or deck, and does not demand extensive gardening experience.
